Our Facility

As you enter the front entrance of Willow Springs there is an elegant foyer with an adjoining coat closet, ladies' lounge, and men's restroom. The large ballroom has beautiful hardwood floors that are great for dancing.  We have a reception capacity that can serve 400-500 people and banquet style capacity of 300 people. The adjoining buffet room can be open to the main ballroom or separated by the sliding glass doors. The adjacent bar area is also available and opens into the ballroom if desired.

Amenities

No additional cost or fees for the following:

• First 1 hour use of the private ballroom are rent-free  ($350 per hour rent thereafter)

• Set-up and clean-up of ballroom 

• Use of linens, skirting, formal dinnerware 

• Microphone/podium if requested 

• Use of sound system for background music if requested 

• Special event consultation and planning services

Booking Your Event and Reserving Dates

A $300 downpayment along with payment contract is required to reserve dates and time which be made by cash, credit card, or check.   All monies paid in advance will be applied towards final bill.   Payments will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or transfered to another date.

We offer a variety of menu packages that are outlined below. Hors D'oeuvres

Hors D'oeuvres are priced including least 5 food items. If you are serving hors d'oeuvres only, you may select any amount to accompany a buffet or entree dinner. Minimum of 75 guests on Saturdays and holidays is required. A minimum 60 guests on other days of the week.

Banquet Style Buffet

Buffet is an informal presentation, self-served from a hot steam table. Includes: 2 Meats, 3 Vegetables, Salad, Assorted Desserts, Dinner Rolls, Tea. Minimum of 75 guests on Saturdays and holidays is required. A minimum 60 guests on other days of the week.

Formal Buffet

 

The Formal Buffet is an elegant presentation on formal skirted tables with hot chafing dishes and votive lighting. Some entrees are introduced at carving stations. Steak and seafood options are also available. Includes: 2 Main Entrees, 4 Vegetables, 2 Salads, 2 Desserts, Dinner Rolls, Tea, Coffee 

Elegant Dinner Entrees

A formal "sit-down" dinner with full service presentation, served in courses. The ballroom is set with round skirted tables, topped with linen cloths and napkins. Entrees are served in white china with glassware A minimum of 50 adults is required. We offer steak, chicken or seafood entrees which includes:  Main Course, 2 Vegetables, Salad, Dinner Rolls, Tea, Coffee.

Combination entrees available upon request. Two different entrees may be selected with groups of 80+ w/ certain guidelines; Minimum of 75 Adults Saturdays & Holidays;  Minimum of 50 Adults on other days of the week. 

Formal Breakfast & Brunch Buffet

 

Buffet is an elegant presentation on formal skirted tables with hot chafing dishes.Includes choices of: Breakfast Casseroles, Hash Brown Potatoes, Cheese Grits, Oatmeal, Fruit Selections, Homestyle Biscuits, Buttered Toast, Assorted Danishes/ Breads, Orange Juice, Coffee, Tea, Water.

Catered Golf Outings
