Confirming & Processing a Special Event Booking

If you are interested in having a special event at WSCC, please contact Paula Gurkin at willowspringscc@cocentral.com or call 252-291-1885 to discuss your needs, confirm your date, or obtain more information.
Reserving Dates:
A "$250 downpayment" along with payment contract is required to reserve dates and time which be made by cash, credit card, or check. All monies paid in advance will be applied towards final bill. Payments will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or transfered to another date.
Guaranteed Head Count:
A guaranteed head count is due one week prior to the event. WSCC prepares food for up to
five people above your guaranteed head count.
Final Payment:
Final payment is due one week prior to the event by cash, check or credit card. At that time the event contract must also be signed. Payment for additional guests and/or bar tab will be due immediately following the event.
