Confirming & Processing a Special Event Booking

If you are interested in having a special event at WSCC, please contact Candice Woolard at cwoolard@willowspringscc.com or call 252-291-1885 to discuss your needs, confirm your date, or obtain more information.

Deposit:
A deposit along with payment contract is required to reserve dates and time which can be made by cash, credit card, or check.
- For a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday event: $250 deposit required
- For a Monday through Thursday event: $100 deposit required
- Events during the month of December: $250 deposit is required

Guaranteed Head Count:
A guaranteed head count is due one week prior to the event. WSCC prepares food for up to five people above your guaranteed head count.

Final Payment:
Final payment is due one week prior to the event by cash, check or credit card. At that time the event contract must also be signed. Payment for additional guests and/or bar tab will be due immediately following the event.
